First starts opens Welcome to Chrome page

On first start (meaning without any existing profile), idium browser opens up two tabs. First is DuckDuckGo, second is https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/welcome.html

We obviously need to get rid of the welcome page from google. Either remove it or better replace it with our own first start page.
